Listing in the Community of "Ventanas de Osa"

I just came back from an exciting trip to the Ventanas Beach area. This is very close to the communities of San Buena Ventura and Tres Rios, all communities of the Osa county, about 20 minutes South from Uvita - Ballena. The area is becoming wanted because of the construction of the only golf course under construction in the Southern Pacific, the San Buenas Golf Resort. I visited a total of 5 properties while in the area, they are beautiful properties with a lot of potential for investors and people looking for afordable land to build a second or vacation home.
